8 Weeks to go....

What's up PM..... been a while for me.... competed back in 2009 at 211 lbs on stage.... during my rebound I ended up herniated 2 discs in my lower back which set me back for over a year.... from there once I got it all worked out, months on end of Physical Therapy (was NOT going to get surgery) then a limited training plan ..... I finally got back in the gym near 90% and started to get back what I had lost and hopefully put some more muscle on. Here are previous comp pics...

Right now I am sitting at 226 lbs 8 weeks out from my comeback show... feedback/ comments are welcomed...... thanks!
