you could do a NPC show and do VERY well also

matter a fact.....take a look at ALOT of shows (covered by musculardeveloment, rxmuscle and some others)
you would take the lightweights in MOST of them

really concentrate on your posing from here on in

squeeze them legs together in the side chest
squeeze those glutes on the rear poses

Thank you! I really appreciate it! Feeling amazing!! better now than ever. Im doing 2 low intensity sessions for 30min and 2 hitt sessions for 20min ..Im going to cut back a little this week tho...just to see what happens!?

i see an ideal physique here...
regardless if it's 153 lbs or 253 lbs... your proportions and muscle quality are close to perfect (my point of view anyway)...

one of the best truly natural physiques i've ever seen.

Really a solid physique! I think that side mandatory may be the bread and butter pose. Incredible waist. Nice leg sweep.
