Haven't posted for a while but still been in the gym fluffing around. last week I worked out my new starting weights and new exercises for this next blast. Most of the movements will remain the same since I'm still making decent progress. Others have been changed on account of my lower back still feeling agitated. This morning I'll get some deep tissue work done on my legs and this afternoon I'll train legs. So, this time around, order will be Legs/chest/back three days on, one day off. After one working set, some movements will incorporate a drop set starting at 50% or lower of work set and have 2-3 drops. I'll be trying to take in more protein than before and occasionally hit some cardio - as I feel recovery allows. I tend to get sick if I do too much cardio too soon.
