9.5 weeks since surgery

No upper body training in 9.5 weeks. Have lost 20 pounds but still holding size and staying relatively lean
 
Sorry if I'm not up with current events on there, but what happened? What surgery?
 
Had a supraspinatus reattachment dec 18th. so trying to hold onto size and leanness. Was 245 and holding 225 pretty nicely with 3 day a week leg workouts.. no squatting but using leg extensions, curls and presses

Yup, me too in 3/2010, and working toward the same in my left shoulder now (bad impingement that is persistent). It will get better if you keep up with the rehab exercises!

I HAD good ones lol.. im just happy to still have any size at all upstairs... this plays with me watchin my 3xl shirts get baggy
 
You'll get it all back very quickly bud. I didn't workout for 8 months (probably more) due to an injury and even though I've only been back in the gym for a month now I've gained back 40% of my size back and I'm not even running anything but creatine and fish oil.

Hope you recovery very quickly and tip of my hat to you sir for still hitting your legs.
 
still looking pretty good, staying lean always help.
but your muscle memory kicks in once you start pushing hard.
