I will weigh in at the top of the middles...so 176-177....last year I weighed in at 160 at this show

15+ lb weight gain in 1 year is a difficult task when it comes to adding pure muscle mass. Looks like you have done a great job of this.

Going to deplete pretty hard the next couple day then reintroduce carbs, drop cardio, increase water, drop soduim, then drop water by Friday. Hoping to do okay at this show
