i have always been a believer in getting in shape early and coasting into the show. Looks like you should get plenty lean enough to not have to carb depelete and load. I have always been concerned with weight sliding off and not being able to stop it,so watch your calorie drops.

posing looks pretty good....side chest i would maybe protrude your shoulder that is away from the judges out a little more so you can see more of your pec that is away from the judges...maybe a little more turn at the waist. remember even if you are center stage you are posing for all the judges so turn at the waist some so they all can see it.

Your rear relaxed you may want to keep your hands a little closer to your body as long as it doesn't hurt your width. That cuts down on the open space and gives the illusion of more size.(not that you are lacking size it just all helps)

I am an npc judge and these are just suggestions of what I like to see. Bottom line do whatever makes you feel/look the best. You have to comfortable with the pose or it will show

No... believe it or not.. im 5'7 ...I hear that alot..Ive been told that its because I have really round muscles so it gives the illusion that im bigger than I really am..

Yeah and yo have no body fat, just muscle - that helps too! lol

Do you guys think I could get away with doing my side chest pose like this...or do i need to re-learn this pose? it just feels so much better because this is the way I have always hit my side chest...

You look way bigger than 150 ish i would guess 170. Your posing looks a little stiff do the traditional side chest looks better.

I think that looks awesome, but next time you take the pic, put the camera lower down like the judges would see you. And I know you have a wicked taper, but if you rotate the back shoulder forward a bit, it will look even more impressive. That really shows off you arms and chest nicely, imo.
