A better viagra?

I have been using Viagra for 5 plus years. (I am 44yrs old).
I cruise HRT levels year round if not on a cycle. After my last cutting, it is taking 6-8 viagra(25mg each) to get anything accomplish in the bedroom! Sadly, that gets me up once. My wife and I (married 25 years last Oct) have always done it 2-4 times, 2-3 days a week. I used 100 viagra pills in right at one month! The number of times we are going is a rediculous 1 and only 2 if we wait 30-45 minutes.
I am in the mood, full of desire, but Bruce will not transform. I did just change sponsers last year, my pills could be a part of it, not all though.
Suggestions?

I think I'd be a little cautious using that much V. You risk possibly causing repolarization (changing the channel flow of ions ie: Na, K+ and Ca) disrupting your cardiac electrophysiologial signalling, therefore potentially going into arrhythmia, or even Afib.

Even if it's from a sponsor, I'd still be cautious. I think a full work up from your physician would be a good idea.

I hope it is weak ug V cause it may be just try another or see a doc.
If it is you have maybe over-used it cause nothing works forever .
Somebody said it but Cabergoline is pretty wicked you might want to try that.
I would change things by just adding one product at a time though.

Yes, this is common. Although, PDE5-i can lead to optic nerve damage. Which ultimately can lead to blindness.

Might consider using a different method of BP control.

Tadalafil has always been amazing for me but I do hope to try avanafil just for experimental purposes
