And put a tower in front of it, like 10 feet tower with a matress at the bottom so when he fall he fall down on the matress 10 feet lower.

The guy fell 45 feet. There is no riddle. He was up on a skyscraper dangling and fell about 4 stories onto a ledge or another roof. He did not fall off 62 stories.
