Holding weight really well this year...ht. 5-10 wt. 255lbs
doing some different things this year...more interval cardio, slow/fast, ect...
Eating more meals threwout the day...8 meals per day, 40 grams pro, 10-15 grams healthy fats, trace carbs (from nuts, greens, salad)
training 2 on 1 off, then 3 on 1 off...hitting arms twice a week....doing alot of compound training, and going heavier....lowering my reps to 6-10 reps (have been doing around 12-15)
The reason I started prep early is to be ready for my state show in 11 weeks, need to get that NQ again this year...
