Aight so let's face it...the diet regime for a bodybuilder weightlifter etc can get pretty mundane? We always seem to be eating the same thing...
Here are a few recipes I keep in my rotation
Brown rice or rice a roni or uncle bens... + 1 lb of 93% lean ground beef + 2-3 cans of tuna + 3 organic eggs (Egglands best baby)
cook rice n meat separate, combine in end
put whatever spices you want..i usually use a lot of red pepper, black pepper a little cajun season some liquid smoke n just whatever im feeling that day
i will also throw in corn or peas or whatever i want..
also sometimes you can leave out certain meats or add in different ones
and me personally when I am cooking this type of meal I will almost burn the meat..just to add a little bit of crunch or whatever, just waht I do..be patient boys
I will also shake n bake chicken..makes it bearable after a week of nothing but chicken lol
also tuna patties..
tuna
milk
eggs
maybe a little bit of ezekial bread (only use ezekial or something similar 100% whole grains, no flour)
or you can just oats
carrots
honey
whatever spices
mix this all in bowl til it looks, and feels like puke
make into balls/patties throw on a hot fryin pan (mostly always use spray..not oil very often)
cook until golden brown eat with catsup n hot DAMN its good..
meat n pasta sauce...
93% lean beef always...if you wanna give yourself a treat go with sirloin 90%...taste like damn sausage after months of 93% I swear..
for this I will cook up whatever pasta sauce n whatever beef...put the beef in first then the pasta sauce...
but a trick I use is cook it until the water has pretty much evaporated and all that is left is a caking on the beef...you almost have to burn the beef again to get this this way...but if you flavor it a shitload its really really tasty...
note I rarely use salt as a spice..there is plenty of other stuff out there but a little salt every now and again is good
a variation n a little higher calorie is mix n some beans hot sauce corn ranch dressing n southwest style flavors in and let it all simmer...we call this cowboy stew
i got more but this is all im givin yall for now
hope you enjoy
