Nothing crazy, just a couple of pics from a trip I took to the beach last week. It was nice to enjoy a leisurely day where I could eat or drink anything I wanted. Thank God for the offseason . This one is me and my younger brother/training partner Paul.

Thanks. I usually go to the beach with a group of buddies that all train pretty hard and take nutrition seriously too. It's nice to go and let loose once in a while. We tend to get a lot of funny looks and comments when we show up in a big group.

Thanks Pesty. Only difference between my brother and I is, he looks like that living on a diet of starches, sugar and junk food, eating only a couple of meals per day and often eating a whole pizza or a package of cookies right before he goes to bed. Only thing he does right is watching to make sure he gets enough protein. He laughs at me as I prepare my food and try not to get fat. Bastard.
