A few pics from over the last year or so. In all of these I was weighing about 195ish at 5'10. Current weight is about 204 with just slightly higher bodyfat, will have to get some updated pics. Currently hitting legs every 4-5 days in an effort to bring them up. any criticism welcome...im probably my own worst critic but it's nice to get an outsiders view on what areas need developed more or what changes can be made to help my physique. Im about to start my first run with gh in the next few weeks. thanks.
