A few pics from over the last year or so. In all of these I was weighing about 195ish at 5'10. Current weight is about 204 with just slightly higher bodyfat, will have to get some updated pics. Currently hitting legs every 4-5 days in an effort to bring them up. any criticism welcome...im probably my own worst critic but it's nice to get an outsiders view on what areas need developed more or what changes can be made to help my physique. Im about to start my first run with gh in the next few weeks. thanks.

thanks i try to keep good symmetry. slowly but surely putting on muscle. im not one to ever bulk up quickly, as i sit now and in all these pics i eat pizza several times a week, burgers, fries, bacon, etc. my diet is terrible.

not real sure to be honest. they are thicker on the tongue and up top. id like to get a new pair so if I find them ill link u

I believe a lot of it is genetics and a very fast metabolism. ive always been very thin growing up, small joints. ive been able to put on about 40+ lbs of muscle over the last several years.

and no shows. no desire to really go thru that whole process, not to mention the politics involved. im content just doing this cuz I really enjoy it and hoping I continue to progress.

absolutely bro.

my routine is about as bodybuilding oriented as it gets. 10-12 rep range, slow controlled reps, lots of flexing and squeezing the muscle. heavy enough to fail around 10-12 reps, if I can get more reps ill do more reps. as soon as the muscle fails I stop the set, but if im getting upwards of 15 ill add weight obviously. im very focused on form and contracting the muscle.

diet is absolute shit. I eat whatever I want, don't count calories, just try to eat as much as I can. like I said im naturally thin and have a fast metabolism so I manage to stay relatively lean.
