does anyone know if your body can digest and utilize a raw egg i heard that it is a waste of time to eat raw eggs, but was never certian on it.

also when you guys count your protien for the day do you include the protien in bread, oats and shit like that i only count the main sources like meat, dairy and whey.
 
I only count the main sources - powders, meat, fish, eggs.

I have never wanted to try raw eggs so I never looked into that, so I don't know the answer to that question.

Biotin will stop the conversion of protein in the body! So you will be wasting your time! Plus they taste like snot

true, u could run it under hot tap water while still int eh egg as i believe poliquin said this would get rid of the biotin, but i do count all my protein from all my sources

Hippie, why are you worried about egg whites, eat the whole egg my man, it is perfect nutrition for a growing bodybuilder.
 
i just dont eat eggs at all because they have such little amount of protien they have like 6 grams of protien i would need like 12 eggs in a sitting to get my protien i did that a couple times and it was sick, does the egg white have the biotin or just the yoke, if i run the eggg under hot water for how long till the biotin is gone. if i was to just eat the egg white would it be a problem to digest. i just hate eating eggs cooked, but i can down a dozen raw eggs no problem i use to do it. my dad used to be a body builder he was downing up to 3 dozen a day so that is where i got the idea.
