A crazy question for Phil Hernon

Completely natural is different from being hormonized to the gills then going back natural ... Once you hypertrophy a muscle with anabolics then stop but continue to train hard eat big you can still keep size..

But you are looking great ...

Depends on the person greatly

I have friends that lift 5x a week, focusing on hypertrophy and if they dieted to 8% bf they'd be around 155-160lbs

I naturally walk around at 180 @ 8%bf

I go through periods of about 4 months on and off where I lift and dont lift, and when I do lift I only lift about 2x a week, and I maintain lower 190s at 8% bf

all about what your parents gave you, I feel bad for the guys who say anything over 170 lean is juiced, but what would you say if you had their experience?

after playing soccer, my muscles were completely depleted of glycogen, i haven't put my feet in a gym in months (i do 1000 push ups, and sit ups everyday and some pull-ups and bodyweight reverse lunges) and my diet is like this most of the time

breakfast - milk with chocolate cereals, and a yogurt
lunch - pizza / hot dog with fries / mc donald's
dinner - whatever my mom puts in front of me
before bed snack - chocolate cookies, and a banana because of the potassium

PS:i forgot to mention that i'm 100% natural baby, i don't take that protein powder ballonie

Lol, after my spine breaking I had shrunk down to 180lb from 250lb.
I have been slowly building back up since.
210lb at 13% is my current state as proven by dexascan (I only trust this and under water weighing)

"Gaining" after going off is sort of the wrong term to use. Re-gaining is better. Gaining to me implies that you're putting on muscle you never had before. Re-gaining some is possible but putting on muscle you never had before is of course never going to happen clean once you have been hormonized.

Even juicing bodybuilders spend most of the time maintaining, losing and re-gaining. Pushing the personal limits is very hard even with drugs (unless fairly new to bodybuilding/drugs). How many veteran pros fight like hell just to maintain, how many struggle to beat their past bests? Very many.

Sets between 10-5 reps, took me 2 hours.
I was doing sets every 30 seconds at the start and every 3 minutes at the end:D

Youre insane! I just tried doing 2 sets of 100 reps on squats and my legs were wrecked for about 5 days, never been so sore. I cant imagine doing what you did.
