I thought I would share what I did today.
This is typical of Monday through Thursdays for me.
Friday is just hike, weights and an hour of mma.
Sat is just hike & 1 hour of mat time
Sunday off...plus that is refeed day *oink*
Here's what I did today:
5am-6am......shadow boxing, functional training, stretching
6:30-7:30.....3 mile hike in the woods
7:45............ride my bike 4 mile to the gym
8am-9am.......CrossFit Workout
9am..............4 mile ride home
eat
10am-11am.....leg workout
11am till 5pm...Lay in bed and eat & play on the computer, eat some more, nap, eat some more
5:30-6:30.......Conditioning Calistenic Class
6:30-8pm........Boxing Class
8:30..............Gin & Tonic
9:30...............eat
