A famous 90's powerlifter once told me to take aspirin to be stronger

A friend of our families used to hold to world bench record back in the 90's and he told me to take aspirin on the day of the meet because it would ruin your blood and make you 2-3% stronger. This was years ago but I don't see how having thinner blood would increase strength??

Is there anything anyone has tried that can make you "instantly" stronger?

I'm thinking TNE before training or taking more orals than normal before training; just curious what y'all have experimented with and found that worked.

No experience with Milberone / Cheque Drops or Halotestin, but those are the classic recommendations for a central nervous system boost right?

From a healthier standpoint, Creatinol-o-Phosphate works well for me but I know it is hard to get legitimate stabilized stuff (I use Patrick Arnold's product).

It is hard to become stronger "Instantly". It is better to follow your cycle steps by steps.

It's more about something you could do on the day of your powerlifting meet; we are talking once or twice a year NOT something done daily or weekly.

I've heard other guys claim taking 100-300mg of dbol and anadrol on meet days boosted there performance.

I have never done this and have competed for years. It just had me thinking if you could stimulate strength via multiple pathways for a powerlifting meet.

I just started throwing in 1 halo pre-workout and love it....halo and tren base right before a workout would be awesome...instant aggression and anger

It's pretty much common knowledge that all the crap we pound down preworkout is what someone would use before a meet (hence why gym rats take it preworkout).

Several have been mentioned already. I'm trying out some cheque drops soon. Tried superdrol, methyltren, test suspension, tren suspension, several orals, etc. About an hour preworkout seems to do the trick.

Even something like 200-300mg of tren ace day prior to a meet would boost strength but since we have bases now with no esters, that's probably the best way to go.

I have never dealt with anyone who carries Cheque Drops but I heard they are awesome for training/fighting.
I have used Test Base and really liked it. Some guys say they take 100-200mg of dbol and anadrol before each lift (squat, bench, deadlift). I would think that would jack your stomach up!

How did methyl tren compare to tren suspension?
 
I love Pre-workout supps!
But, I would be careful about takin to much of anything that instantly makes your muscles stronger than your Tendon and Ligaments..

As for fighting, Calm and Cool normaly is better and nothing beats a little Adrenalin Rush for Power.

5yrs + on my aspirin regiman. A little thin is better than a little thick!!!

This is maybe sort of unrelated but paracetamol/apap can have performance enhancing effects. First you have the physical pain killing effects but what was really interesting is how it reduces emotional pain - existential angst, fear of rejection or failure, anxiety. IMO these effects can carry over into a physical competition against yourself or others in certain individuals.
