This was done naturally with Shelby a few months back. Supps: 2 herbal supplements and a fat burner I threw in around week 4.
Not one of the bigger guys on here but wanted to try playing with diet a little, so I went with Shelby and went from low 180's to about 159. We worked the diet around a "DC Style" training.

Pic 2 is a comparison after 9 weeks
Also had a very close friend in the hospital during that time for a week or so, so I missed a few cardio sessions, workout sessions...and had some crappy meals....but am very happy with how things changed.
