from june till about the end of sept i did a max-ot routine.i was able t obuild up my strength slowly instead of my usual go heavy too fast and get injured route.from then on i just kind of winged it relying mostly on instinct.now i'm about to do a 4 week gvt type of routine then possibly back to the max-ot with some minor variations in it.so far heavy wght/low volume has helped me pack on the size i needed to get my frame back so i can have something more to work with.thinking of actually hiring one of the guys from on here or ironaddict himself.
no they're actually pimples that i just started getting.now i've got a few on my upper chest and some serious backne going on now.i've never ever had acne before till now.not during puberty nor on cycle.it must be from when i switched test enth brands.the stuff i got now is only dosed at 200mg/ml but holy shit,no b.s.,this is the best stuff i've had in years.gonna order me some bodybuilders body wash this week,lol.
