thankss guys! i put my work in. im in the gym 5-6 days week. diet could be better (i have a sweet tooth).

funny story....3 days after this picture i did a health insurance exam to get cash credit for the year. they check bp,bf%,bmi and cholesterol. i failed all of them except bp.
the lame ass electronic bf% machine said im 16%. lol
the bmi is a height/weight calculation so im considered "obese". when the lady pulled my shirt up and measured my 30 inch waist and saw the abs i think she realized her little machine is not very accurate! lol
