A few questions around Ipam and Mod GRF timing with PWO carbs

Hi all,

First post but long time reader,

I've been training consistently with an exceptionally clean diet for 8 months with a heavy lifting program, I'm being trained by a Aus Pacific NBB title winner here in Australia.

160lbs, 8.5% BF, 5,8" tall.

Just started taking Ipam and Mod GRF 129 on 3x ed 100mcg each. Get the usual head rush, occasionally sore wrist or slight tightness in the joints but nothing too crazy. Been on it for 3 days and already noticed a slightly better pump and am running it the following way:

6am Mod and Ipam pin,

7.30am 6 egg whites, 2 eggs, 60g oats
10.30am, chicken breast, broccoli
1pm - same as above
3.30pm - same as above
6.30pm - 150g Tuna, 80g brown rice

(PreWO - 5g creatine and Jack3d)
Workout 7-8pm

8pm PWO pin Mod and Ipam
8.40pm - 1.5 scoop vitargo + 1.5scoop protein + 5g creatine (45 carbs + 45 protein)
9pm - chicken breast, broccoli + 150g Brown rice
11pm Mod and Ipam Pin

I have a couple of Q's hoping an experienced peptide pro can assist with:

1. Is my PWO vitargo timing on point? should I make any adjustments to get the most out of the cycle?

2. Is my PWO and bed time pin to close???

3. I'm having trouble getting to sleep, once I'm asleep it's fine but I am really struggling to sleep after I pin - mind is racing a bit. Have taken ZMA and valerian before both had no effect just ZMA gave me crazy dreams as does the peps. Anyone had a similar experience??

4. I'm reading mixed yes/no's for combining n2slin with peptide cycle, I've tried reading up on it but am not getting a clear understanding of how or whether it can realistically provide anything better than running peps on their own?

Any help is appreciated,
