I've picked up some injectable l-carnitine from sythetek and whilst I was ordering I figured I'd add some of the syntheselen to the order too.
I'm Interested in l-carnitine as it is meant to greatly improve endurance (amongst other benifits) and I suspect it may work synergistically with cardarine.
There's some really good info on here about how it works; unfortunately most of you guys are a tonne smarter than me at the science and I'm getting myself a little tied up in knots.
I tend to train cardio "fasted" however am aware that l-carnitine needs insulin to be uptaken into the muscle so it is recommended to consume 90g fast acting carbs along with it or use rapid-slin; I'd rather not dick around with slin just yet. Could I take the inject l-carnitine with my first meal post endurance training (150g cream of rice) and still benifit from the muscles being saturated with l-carnitine the following morning (approx 22 hours later)? I believe this should work similar to loading muscle with creatine?
Similarly the syntheselen - lots of information on its benifits but no info I could find on dose protocol/timing? Can it be pinned at any time during day so long as consistent or does it need to be pre-resistance training?
