A few worrying markers in Blood work on cycle

Hi,

a mate of mine recently had some blood work done start of week 9 of his cycle, some are concerning and would appreciate some advice .

his stats :

age 32
has run cycles in the past , this is first one this year otherwise he is completly off.
no other medications or pain tablets etc
no alcohol or recreation drugs at all

current cycle :

test e 500mg ew
npp 300mg every week
dbol only first 3 weeks at 30mg ed then stopped , killed appetite
wanted to use up a bottle tren e so 200mg tren e week 7 8 and 9

cycle duration was going to be 12-14 weeks .

arimedex 0.5mg eod from start of cycle

ok here are the ones out of range :

HDL Cholesterol 29 low
Hematocrit 52.6 high
LDH 253 High
LDL Cholesterol 115 high
Potassium serum 6.3 high
AST (SGOT) 81 Very high
ALT (SGPT) 249 Very very high
Sodium Serum 145 Slightly high
Uric acid serum 3 low
T Chol 5.6 High

Diet is super clean with one cheat meal a week , sufficient water everyday .

trains like a demon , he has been under immense work pressure the last two weeks before test , long hours etc.

thats about as much background as i can give at the moment .

some of the numbers he expected to be high or out of range some came as a surprise to be that out.

if you are worried, drop to trt, ditch the adex, and you'll be good to go

Blood pressure thankfully wasn't bad 136/90 resting heart rate slightly elevated at 82 .

so suggest he maybe donate blood , finish up the cycle at 12 weeks , then cruise and sort out blood work , will redo them , as he is then going into a pre contest mode for a comp in may 2017

just going on their feedback, doctor said its only slightly elevated ? at the time he was under stress , so would need one or two more tests , maybe get a BP collar at home to check a bit more consistent

What slice said. Your blood pressure isn't good but could be white coat syndrome. Resting heart rate is good. Take some celery seed extract, krill oil, Hawthorne Berry and 4 oz of 100% pure beet juice a couple times a day.

that's when I ordered lisinopril. my doctors are fucking stupid.

That is what my doctor told me. He thinks 135/85 is good at my age. I took matters in my own hands and now it is 120/80.

oh its ok..im sure you will get a handful of ppl posting that lipids dont matter when it comes to heart disease and having an elevated HCT isnt bad for you at all.. EXPERTS


He should learn how to use in ways that wont negatively effect his health as much. For starters learn how to use orals so it wont drop his HDL so much during the whole cycle and look up tren and its effect on liver values.

BP is too high.

He shold check is E2 levels. Sort of important...

he will be coming off shortly and will suggest all of the above and will have a serious rethink on what compounds to use going forward in a healthier way .

will redo blood work in a few weeks time after being off and some time to give the suggestions time to work.
