A good side delt machine is essential to maximizing your shoulder width IMO

Whats your reasoning behind grabbing lever arm on that machine instead of using the pad out of interest Dante? I like some of the modifications you come up with some lifts, curious how you feel doing it that way is more productive...

DC, if you don't have access to one at your gym, any modifications on another machine or cables you would recommend?

I agree, i prefer the machine for side delts. But i also still use dumbells and cables. Now for rear delts i cant seem to hit with cables or dumbells to save my life. So its all machine foe those.
