TUDCA can reduce damage to the liver caused by alcohol when taken with or after consumption of alcohol, but actually increases liver damage when taken before drinking.

With that said, how would one use TUDCA when taking oral steroids? Only while on and after coming off, but never before?

Has anyone with hep c ever tried using Tudca? If so we're the results good. I've read good things about using it when you have hep c but haven't known anyone first hand who has tried it.

Ive always used ALA/NAC combo but I get wicked heartburn. Maybe TUDCA can replace them and be a little easier on the digestion.
