Me and my little man Nico (Nicholas)! 3 years 10 months! He tells me "I love you Dad" everynight when I kiss his forehead and think he's sleeping!

Oh I certainly earned and was given that nickname back in the day! Try to be "Big Mentor42" or "Big RoleModel42" these days. I enjoy EVERY MINUTE with him! He is the "Lil Angel42" on Mommy's left shoulder, I wear the Horn's and am the other guy on the right shoulder with the evil smirk.....Kidding

You are right about that..... He is like a mini me when he open's his mouth most of the time so I really can't be "Off my game". This is gonna sound corny and canned but screw it.... Him and his mommy really do make me want to always strive to be a better man.... I love being a Dad too. Ok...... Now back to Evil mode!

I really do love my life! This was when I took him to a party at Bounce U (university) with his friends. Multiple rooms with big Bouncy slides, castles, boxing rings, obstacle courses, ect..... go figure I was the only parent jumping with the kids, racing the workers on obstacle course, breaking the rules (WHAT! NO BACKFLIPS!) and leading the silly songs! Yes! Life is good and Nico is a big reason why!!!!! BTW- Regarding vasularity... I need to post a pic of my calves at the beach in the heat..... I even think the vasularity is a bit much. My sis said I looked like an Alien the other weekend in the legs..... "Scotty, that's like something out of a sci-fi movie or something!"

He loves going to the gym once a week with me on the weekend! He has to do 3 sets of 10 on the cardio rower, stair stepper, and arm ergometer after the playroom to get muscles like Daddy's. He flexes after that. get's a balloon, and say's "hubba hubba" to the pretty girls up front on the way out! After that it's down to my buddies shake/supplement store for his "muscle juice"! What a trip!

Thanks, that was after coming out of the AC'd truck.....In the heat, the veins look sweeter in lower body and will only get more prominant as I continue getting leaner and start my cardio program Monday! Check my pic thread of calves and quads cold in Member's pic forum
