I did a guest apearence with Jay for bodybuilding.com not too long ago. I've been around him a couple times over the years and he's bigger now than ever. I agree with everything you said Vander. He really is a calm and easy going guy. So is Gunter. I get so pissed at my height when I'm around these guys. I'm going to have to weigh 350 to match up.
