yes all the high GI carbs and the insulin and the pounding sugar down after working out. very bad. for carbs i only eat fruit, veggies, oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice and whole grain/higher fiber wheat.

but like weights we need to increase over time then decrease, then come off or bridge but to stay on the steroid your body will only counter the steroid effects with estrogen and other hormones to which you will be shut down on testosterone but also spermatosis. doctors have been using testosterone as a male contraceptive because it shuts down your sperm production, for years we were only concerned with test production and no one discussed sperm well hello, research has discovered mens sperm is not only shut down but they are sterile too.

goes to show you how important mgs really are i guess. guys tell you shoot 1500mcgs of hcg, and 1000 of this and that, not realizing how sensitive our system really is and more often then anything we been shutting our systems down listening to all the endless post of he says she says, my fertility doc because im sterile from test told me a year ago that he was putting me on clomid BUT THAT THERE IS NO PROOF OR DOCUMENTATION THAT IT even WORKS,

i said what, ??? i have read endless threads of how and why to use clomid and he said listen son, ive been the chief of this field longer than you been on the juice hahaha and there is not one case anywhere that a guy sterile from steroids has regained his sperm from clomid he said its all theory, so i did research and couldnt find any,

i found thousands of guys sterile from test and this topic here brought it all out,

Yes, you misunderstood me. 1 gram of test builds more muscle than 500 mgs but it comes with a price that’s not worth it for a lot guys.

I didn't really misunderstand you, it's just that I don't want people to take it literally and thinking they can achieve the same results on half the drugs, because we both know they can't
