I leave for the Dominican may 17th. I've been following this diet and have been leaning out nicely and still growing on it but I'd like a little push the last week leading up to the wedding.
Meal 1 - 6 whole free range eggs +6 whites, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup spinach, 4 oz. avocado, black coffee
Meal 2- Pre WO - 100 G WPI 2 bananas, 1 cup oats
Meal 3 Post WO - 100 G WPI, 5 small red potatoes, BCAA
Meal 4 (30 min after meal 3) -- 10 OZ lean grass fed beef, 1 cup cooked rice, 1 Cup broccoli, 1 cup fresh pineapple
Meal 5 - 12 oz Chicken, 2 cups asparagus, 1/4 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup pineapple
Meal 6 - 12 oz lean pork or fish , 2 cups asparagus, 2 tbsp olive oil
meal 7 - repeat meal 5 or 6
Each meal has 1 tbsp olive oil except meal 6 which has 2.
Would anyone do anything different the last week? is there anything I can to to get extra tight that last week? Ive never competed so I've never preped. Any help would be fantastic.
Right now 5'7" 220 with visible abs.
800 test, 400 eq, 200 mast.
