A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT STORY....

THIS GUY CONTACTED ME LAST YEAR.......I GAVE HIM MY 10 DAY TEST PERIOD......WE REEVALUATED THINGS AFTER THE TEST AND CHANGED SOME THINGS AROUND.....I WOULD HEAR FROM HIM EVERY 2 MONTHS OR SO....JUST TO TELL ME THINGS ARE GOING WELL OR ASK A QUESTION OR TWO. 3 MONTHS AGO HE TELLS ME HE IS GOING TO COMPETE.......I THINK TO MYSELF, OK, DO YOUR BEST HERE, BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA HOW HE LOOKED. WELL, HE SENT ME HIS PICS 2 MONTHS OUT AND MY JAW HOT THE FLOOR.......I WAS IN SHOCK....SO HUMBLE, SO DISCIPLINED.........WOW! I HOPE HE POSTS SOME PICTURES ON HERE...........MENTAL1

I seen the guy live and in color this past weekend and yes the guy has a freakin awesome physique! he's going to handle his business in Atlanta no doubt!!!!!!!

I chatted with him while doing cardio sunday morning and man he is one cool down to earth guy, (the kind of people i like) he tells it like it is and aint gonna shoot a bunch at shit at you (real people)! great guy indeed. It was great meeting you bro actually it was an honor!

Hey buddy. After we finished doing cardio I had breakfast with one of my best friends right afterwards. I told him about you and he knows how I am about reading people---I can tell we both come from the same kind of background. Its about honor and integrity---unfortunately in this world----alot of people dont seem to have these traits!! LOL
