Flex you look fantastic. I also do that movement... it's great. It burns so much though. I also like doing front raises slightly to the side and when the db's reach shoulder height I bring them together (without touching). Good luck for the rest of your prep

I remember reading/watching something about this movement for shoulders a while back. I used to incorporate them also, but always thought of this as a "warm up" type movement. Would you say it's more of a warm up or do you utilize it as a finishing movement?

As someone who watched your progresses over the years, man, I can tell you I'M IMPRESSED! WOW! Your drive, dedication and work ethic are just phenomenal, and that in itself deserves not only major props, but above all RESPECT. Last time I competed at 208, then a bit tighter a few weeks later at 203. I'm currently 220 or so, I'm hoping to end up in the 210-212 range this time around.
