hey here is a pic of my first level one show i weighed in at about 218 6 foot not sure on the bodyfat but under 5% i know. these are the only pics i could get waiting on some more. i placed 1st as a heavy weight, anyways tell me what you think

yah it was the sandra wickham classic actually, you live in the vancouver area if so where what gym you train at i train at the pantheon.
