Growing up i was raised on a High Carb low fat diet.
I never eat eggs or beef.
But around 25 years old, I started eating whole eggs and Beef daily.
The fat is Saturated.
My body started to change, People say i Look bigger, more muscular.
My legs started to look Bigger easily. I started to retain fat in my thighs. So they look bigger.
Growing up i was skinny.
Also i started to feel different. The women i started too Find attractive was a different type.
Anyone else eat Saturated fat from whole eggs and beef often?
I can feel a difference in how i feel when i eat those foods.
Maybe its all in my head i dont know.
