I really don't understand this whole "I eat clean," stuff. Sure, I eat clean too. I make sure my pop tarts don't hit the floor. If your micronutrients are hit, feel free to indulge, it sure won't hinder your progress if you actually have set macros. flex dieting is where it is at.
Different fats affect the body differently. Omega 3 and mct very difficult to store as fat. Rump steak will have a better amino profile then a burger from mcds at same macros. I've done clean, I've done macros with some junk,clean pisses over junk at same macros every time
