I'm with Big A on this.........................Does anybody even realize how stupid it is posting your buisness out in the open like this? No one is untouchable, NO ONE!!

Really! They are going to take the president's blackberry from him for fuck's sake because they are worried about the LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF THAT and here we have people posting pics and basically bragging about doing something illegal. This is not about the sponsors or what they do or don't do!! And there is nothing immature about doing time for this shit. The mods and BIG A have done so many people favors here that they don't even realize! And what do they do? Come back up in here and demand explantions and get an attitude because a post was deleted.

How about this, I have over 6k posts and none of my posts have ever been deleted because I broke the rules or jeopardized my safety, the boards integrity or a sponsor. Why do you suppose that is??? probably because I think before I act or speak out!! Real easy to understand, think about it before you post it and never post up in anger.

Big A runs this board and he and I know how things aren't always what they seem when it comes to the numbers. Our traffic is nowhere near 1/10th of what PMs is. Well that's what vBul shows for active members so you can see who is logged in. Professionalmuscle also ranks 20% higher overall on alexa.com as well. Is it 1/10th? No. Of course not. But still, those are the numbers. My point wasn't to bring down any other sites. I am a member of your site as well and think it's kickass. There's a lot of good info there too.

My point was simply with so many people saying they are unhappy with this board lately, how come the traffic is as good as ever? If a person is not happy, then leave! Just that simple I guess.

I agree, with all the talk about AAS usage and the source ads all over the place its easy to forget that youre actually playing with fire and sometimes a member might get carried away and a little too comfortable sharing their information regarding their aas usage. As the owner of the board Big A has the most at stake and if he feels uncomfortable having a certain picture on his board it is his right to delete it. Although I dont understand how a picture makes him uncomfortable yet there AAS source ads all over the page? If I was running a business..cause thats pretty much what this is, I wouldnt want someone telling me how to go about it.

I am new here to ProMuscle but i have to throw in my 2 cents. I appreciate the mods lookin out for us. I know that sometimes things seem like a real good idea in my head and then i may podst it or say something and in reality not only does it sound not nearly as good but it could also cause legal issues.

I appreciate having veteran moderators looking over my posts asw a double check. Anyway, i have been lurking here for years and finally broke down and signed up and want to say that i absolutely love the information and straight forward no-bullshit manner it is presented here.

I didn't think you were trying to bring down other sites I just don't think many people are aware that the numbers are padded on most sites. Whether Big A does that or not is his own business but most sites do. It is very easy and common to pad numbers like online guests and how long a member is actually on line, etc.. Some sites even will recognize and count a member as being online after that member has logged off for hours.

I just wanted to point out that with our numbers (IM) being the lowest in the list that you provided, our numbers are dead on with absolutely no pad and our current member stats are updated every 30 minutes. Because this is how I make my living (with IM and Team Skip) I am forced to do my homework and routinely check traffic on most of our competitor sites and check patterns that may influence the traffic. I go to some boards and IM will have many main pages full with recent responses with a much lower daily traffic than boards with only 1/4 pages of current posts. It will strike me funny because the member count will be off the charts, sometimes, and I am thinking "yeah, right'. lol

I have been a member of this site for a long time - long before TEAM SKIP or IntenseMuscle and Big A and I respect what each other's positions are in the industry and in the BBing community. He has supported my training for years. I have seen this board evolve, as all boards do, and people come and go. It is what it is and you are right: When push comes to shove, if you don't like it you have every right to simply leave.

Most sites run 1 day cookies. I run 2 hours. I think 30min is way too low as some slow readers would take longer than that just to read an intense page, never mind absorbing the info, so your stats would show them as inactive when in fact they are still active and reading the same page.
When you see some sites with a zillion guests but a much lower membership online, those are just search engine spiders, not even real people (in this case elite in the example above).
