I wish i could really feel my back movements like you obviously do bro!! I always had trouble with that ...even after years of training...which is why I think my back is not what it could be...I havent gotten better over the years...but not at the level I want to be yet. If that even makes sense lol

thanks guys, started my diet 4 days ago, going to diet nice and slow this prep and keep my carbs a lot higher than i have in the past. they are currently about 400 grams which is a lot for me..LOL

started diet friday at 227 first thing in the am, and currently 221 this morning, dropped my carbs down from 450 to 400 and slightly lowered my fat intake is all i have done so far.

What are you carb choices? Fruits? Starchy carbs? Are you dividing them through the day or having only in the morning, pre post etc?

brown rice or sweet potatoes. divided throught the day, I eat green veggies with 4 or my 6 meals also.

no i worked with farah in the past and know how to pretty much set up my own diet now. when i worked with George I gave him an almost impossble job as i was my fattest ever when working with him. the diet is great though and my strength is damn good despite my many aches and pains. Phil hernon has helped me since my last show thus me being in great shape for 18 weeks out, as i got fat very quick after my last show until phil changed up a couple things in the diet. :headbang:
