You're welcome. My training partner had ART done on his shoulders and forearms and had excellent results. I've had it done on my neck. It hurts like hell but is worth the pain.

I went in yesterday for my first ART session. IT HURTS SOOO GOOD. I lay on my back to sleep, sometimes puttin my arms over my head. My shoulders really hurt when I put arms over my head. They didn't bother me AT ALL last night!!

Due to my and his schedule (vacations), I won't be able to see him for another 2 weeks. I'm already sold on the technique (now you guys never told me he wasn't suppose to do my penis

).

I'll be undergoing this for my shoulders in the near future. Looking forward to be able to go all out again and do alot of exercises that have had be put on the shelf.

i had my first session a couple of days ago in NYC (pm me if you want to know who did it)... it was excruciating, but there were instant results. he manually tested several muscle groups in the shoulder girdle before and after the treatment, and it was amazing how much stronger i was. plus my shoulders were nice and loose. he did say, however, that i have one of the top-3 worst looking shoulders he ever saw, so i guess there is a lot of room for improvement, LOL.

I wouldn't say that it makes you stronger but it allows everything to function properly so the muscles have strength to them. It is in with my chiro cost at $32 a visit. Cracked and ART all in one, can't beat it.

I "just" got back from my 4th session and definately has helped me get back into the swing of things with my shoulders. I'm just going to do one more treatment.

My doc also cracks me at the same time. My insurance covers 70% of cost and my cost is around $18.50 per visit.
