1 pound of chicken- slice into bite size pieces
1 tsp lite soy sauce
2 tsp mince garlic
3 tsp brown sugar
2oz ginger root- slice thinly, or smash it into small pieces
1 tsp canola margarine
Mix all ingredents into bowl, except margarine
Heat pan to med high temp, coat pan with the margarine and immediately toss in the chicken and ingredents.
Sear ingredents until you get a nice dark golden brown color on the chicken. Low temp if the sugar began to blacken. Cook time ~3-5 mins.
Serve with brown rice.
Good stuff eat it religiously now.
