To the members at Professional Muscle;

Just got back, been off-the-grid, working in Los Angeles
since the nomination / voting process started. Having just
logged on I can honestly say I was totally unprepared to
find that I have been voted in as a Featured Member.
(Heck, just to be nominated is an honor.) Clearly I stand
in good company.

There are just too many other members, real bodybuilders,
that are more deserving than myself. So for me to be
recognized for what little I contribute and do, is very flattering
and very much appreciated.

Just to say "thank you" seems inadequate but it's all I can
seem to muster at the moment.

I've got my hands full the next few weeks, having just found
out that I have been asked to give a talk at a conference and
sit on a Q & A board out on the East Coast next week. That
and just doing a gig for ABC, guess you could say it's been
a good week. Much to prepare for between now and then,
but I'll be around now and again in the mean time.

Again, thank you all for your kind words and be well . . .

I'll be at a great little resort on a lake, just outside of Portland,
in the state of Maine. Should be delightful. (Will be better
than LA, where it was 110 degrees with wild fires all around.)

I can only guess it will be beautiful this time of year....and I hear you about the heat...I would love a break from Florida heat and humidity right about now!

Tony and I went to Lake Tahoe twice in the Spring and loved it for life!

and one time went to the Mountains in Tennessee in the Spring....Love it when is cool in the am and the pm, but not freezing
