That was an AMAZING article. There was not one thing in that article that was factually misrepresented as we see in so many others.
I was a little confused by this though-

Anyone care to clarify? I should not be getting all fired up for my squats and pushing myself to the very limit?! DC spends whole pages writing about how you have to push yourself to the very limit so that's what I've been doing.
