A waste or good idea?

I have a buddy of mine that told me recently that he sells his plasma once a week or every so many days I close to a week, half of what he is allowed he said whatever that is. And uses that money to buy HGH. He says he makes 150 a month and that more than covers his HGH use without touching any of his other funds. How much would this effect strength ect, as I have never given plasma but assume it must make you a little weak for at least a day or does it not?

I sold plasma many years ago for a little extra cash. It left me feeling like absolute shit. I would think you would be better off with no HGH vs have it and be weak.

its not benifcial in anyway for an athlete to take out blood, only less under need of medical concerns

plasma is different than donating blood... plasma takes approx 24hours to replentish

if you do it once per week you'd prob be ok, but not much more than that

you'll def notice it the day off/day after though if you train

Not sure about plasma but i gave a double red cell today and trained this evening with no problem.

it still has alot of protoiens and electrolytrs in it, and u say it would be replinshed in a day, but for an athlete every day makes a difference if your trying to be elite

i'd rather spend 1 week during a clinical trial and getting about $2000 than the constant trips to get a measly $150 a month

Tee, so you take a full week of training lifting and everything every month or just when its time to restock? We have one of those places here that test things for big cash but I don't want to grow 3 more dicks or anything... Hmmm... I'll mention that to my buddy but I'm actually interested in that, the plasma thing just wouldnt work for me as I do cardio on my off days so I dont really have a replenish period I could use and think I would need.
