Teen, Junior, Submaster, and master divisions are done by age group and Reshel formula, Best lifter awards given for Women’s Open, Master’s, Men’s Open Lightweight (114-198), and Men’s Open Heavyweight (220-SHW)
Best Team – Team roster must be in by November 28,2003. No additions or substitutions may be made after this date.
Entry Fees: #60 for each event (see events), $55 for each additional division per each event. $60 for each team. After November 28,2003 Entry fees are doubled, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
Misc. Info: One piece lifting suit required per APF rules. You MUST have a current APF card to lift. Cards may be purchased at weigh ins ($30 for individual cards $40 for an APF/AAPF card.)You may duplicate the entry forms and distribute to your friends.
