Thank you. I’ll follow these tips and see if i can do these exercises after a month. Could you safely do pushups?
We have lots of machines that isolate arms which is my weak point so I’d like to get them going quickly.
I have HGH ready to go.
I never tried push ups, but they tend to aggravate my shoulders. Even though I can use heavier weights in other lifts. The spine isn't supported during them so I would be careful to start. But i could figure out quickly which movements I should probably avoid. Anything that activates a lot of core muscles was not something that felt to god.
