AAS + blood clot disorders gave me a heart attack

I'm big on donating blood. I give to the RedCross every 8 wks. I started bc routine labs from Trt @ 200mg/wk had my Hgb to 17 and Hct to 48. I don't know what my Hct was at my last donation which was Pre-Cycle as always, but my Hgb on their machine read 13.9, lowest ever and then I donated so it prob dropped another point. So its pretty safe to say I was good running my NPP and Dbol. 500mg/wk NPP and 50mg/day Dbol. I am due to donate again in Dec. Things I do diff now also are, take a MultiVit with NO IRON. Don't eat a bunch of red meat. Take daily Baby Aspirin and 6 grams of Fish oil. I know my blood is thin bc if I give an injection and hit a vein or even cut myself I bleed watery blood. Lol. Just looks diff than before. It's hard to explain. I switched from NPP DBOL, which I was on for 5 wks to Tren Ace/Mast as of 2 weeks ago.
