AAS clearing out for the comp

is it possible to time AAS so that the last month you are clean and still be in contest shape?

somewhat... just take short acting supplements. How do they test you? hair, urine, or blood?

I agree. It depends on what compounds and how long you were on them.

Also, I have to ask. Are you taking supps. but trying to do a natural show?

To each their own, but I always wondered why?

JBBF I think follows the same as IFBB.
they do random testing. just not sure what they test for.
It Japan, there is not much to offer for comps. why do you think you will never see a japanese Mr. O?
I refuse to go natural as I highly doubt any of these folks are/were. I just want the stuff out of my system by the time I compete.
