Can anyone please help me structure this so that it will be the most effective and more importantly correct? I am new to the peptide world and have been doing a lot of reading and it seems the more I read the more I am getting myself confused. So I am hoping that someone can help me in laymans terms to set this up for the best results.

Stats:
just over 40
been in the gym for more than 15 years on and off of coarse mostly on
Looking for good solid LBM, and size just not sloppy.
Height 5'11"
Weight currently approx 202 lbs
Have experience with almost every AAS

Current Layout:
500 Test Cyp per wk 250 2x's per wk
500 Mast E per wk 250 2x's per wk
Deca 300 per wk 150 2x's per wk
GH 3 iu's ED M-F S-S off
Now this is where it gets tricky for me. I have the following and want to know the best way to incorporate.
GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 Ifg-Lr3
For example when would be the best time to admin. How IM or Sub-q. How often ect.
I would like to use approx.
140mcg of ghrp-2 and ghrp-6
50mcg Ifg-lr3.
Looking forward for some direction on this.
 
first i would recommend getting a ghrh to go with the ghrps.. cjc dac or no dac would work and i think you would get alot more bang for you buck..

Okay Since I have not got much of a response I will tell you that I need the most help with the Ifg-lr3 when to take it and frequency? I have read to take it post workout while drinking intra-workout carb drink. Then I read that you dont want to take it post workout because your body is producing MGF. And then taking it before your workout will give better pumps but will completely prevent your body from producing the naturally occurring MGF...? I guess would it be best to wait say 1 hour after workout and then take it?
