AAS test for child custody case

Have any of you guys ben forced to take a blood test for AAS for a child custody case. I got a very "special" ex wife and she will stop at nothing to regain custody after 3 years of me being full custody. I mean, I have a prescription so I don't see why the judge would order it and I've been told from many fellas that the courts don't give a shit about past usage... Your thoughts

From what I know the courts focus on a stable life for the kids. So why the wife lost custody, has she created a pattern of stability from when she lost custody, and is there going to be a continuing stable home life for the kids and herself. The legal answer is yes. The court can make you take any drug test the court wants an answer to. It might come down to what evidence the ex wife presents to determine if the test results would affect the safety of the kids. So yes it can definitely be ordered but the judge most likely won’t order it just on verbal testimony.

Make sure your AS dose is in line with what your Dr. prescribes and i can't see it being an issue.

thanks for the response gang. She is actually worse off now due to her crazy false allegations on mental, physical, and sexual abuse since I won custody. I've beat everyone of her lies in court so there is a paper trail a mile long. No job and living 2 hrs away. IDK why she continues. I guess cause her BF is loaded and they can hurt me financially. It sucks but I refuse to be beat or give up. Oh and no child support either.

It would be very rare that they would request that. I doubt it and especially if the courts knew you had a script. Once they know that, they would probably drop it. The courts however can ask for drug tests if evidence is provided to show past drug use. Her accusations would not be enough evidence without proof.

ABSOLUTELY, 100% the judge will have you submit either a blood or urine sample. Mine was a blood sample. I knew my X would pull the AAS usage to try and revoke my custody rights. Knowing this ahead of time I got prescribed legal TRT. I still had to submit the blood sample, but I provided my script, and it all went away. She was pissed because she didn’t know you could legally acquire Testosterone. She thought she was abt to fuck me over. God it felt so good to tell the judge in front of her, sure I have no problem submitting to a test. I have a script for it because I suffer from Low testosterone.

Now if she forces this on you, which all she has to do is accuse you of it. She just has to say I want him tested for AAS because he sells and takes it and I’m worried for my child. The judge WILL order it. But it goes both ways. So you can have her submit to any drug and alcohol tests as well. And these tests are monitored by someone like a PO. They’ll watch you piss or watch your blood draw.

All my X said was he sells AAS and abuses them. And I’m in fear for my child’s safety. The court made me submit my blood for the tests. Remember family court is set up to give everything to the mother!!! As a man you are fucked when you walk in the door. As long as you kno this going into it your good.
