the nice part is that once all that fat is sucked out,its gone forever.it cant come back.i would rather spend my time on somthing else than abs all the time.like lets see hhhmmm-BEER,FOOD,SEX!

Still looks like crap IMO. Like a fat woman with a boob job, still looks like crap. The mental, physical, and emotional benifits of training to look the way you want are so huge I find this kind of thing empty for the paitient. Also the fat will come back and for another $4000-7000 you can get your abs back, or some abs etched in fat I guess.
