I like weighted leg raises
abs need heavy weight just like every other muscle
build em up, then shred with DNP :headbang:
Same here....hold a dumbbell between my ankle while sitting on the edge of a bench doing leg raises. That superset with Planks and that Ab Roller wheel seem to hit them pretty good.
You really want to light them up....do planks in between your squat sets. I squat without a belt as I never go above 3 plates anymore...so it makes me focus on my keeping my core tight. In between sets I will do planks for as long as I can hold them.
