Golgo got the thing out of the bottle and checked it out and took pics. It's not a bug. It's a piece of plastic and from the description it seems to be a bit of the teflon from the stopper that broke away from the repeated injections into it. It explains why he saw it towards the end of using the bottle.

He can confirm all this too.

Thats right. IT WAS NOT A BUG.

I opened up the bottle and even when handling, what I thought was a bug, I didn't realize it was a shard of plastic until I brought it right up to my eye. The shard was thin and partially transparent on one side which looked like a wing of a bug looking through the bottle.
