August 2020 when I wanted to inject my shoulder, I always aspire to see if I hit a blood vessel, then I noticed a white-red liquid in the syringe (it was not the first time I injected that shoulder), I took out the syringe and I inserted another empty syringe with which I extracted approximately 1.5 ml of fluid from my shoulder. I want to mention that during all this period I did not have pain or fever that are normally associated with an intramuscular infection. Immediately after I started taking amoxicillin 500 for the next 5-7 days, not on the doctor's advice. Every time I get an injection I sterilize the place very well. A few months have passed since then and I have not had any other complications in my shoulder, I have not had another injection since then in that shoulder. it may sound stupid, but I wonder if there might be an infection or something associated with it. What do you think ? I could say that when I have a weight in that hand I feel a little 3/10 discomfort in that shoulder. Sorry for my english is not very good
